The school is working hard to implement its travel plan, to ensure that our whole school community is able to travel to school in a safe way that is good for both their health and the environment.

As part of our School Travel Plan, families and staff are encouraged to adopt healthy modes of transport to school, in particular walking or cycling to school wherever possible. To support this the school has bicycle storage, scooter storage, a place to park buggies and personal advice on travel options can be provided including park and walk options.

As the school grows we will, in consultation with the school and wider community, deliver a growing programme of road safety education and sustainable travel initiatives. These could include:

We look forward to working together to decide the schemes that are right for our school. To ensure that the roads around our school are not congested and that our children have safe routes to and from school.

To support our work in this area we ask that all families and staff travel where possible on foot, bicycle or public transport rather than by car.
