My background: I am a nurse and a Health Visitor, with 30 years experience. I have worked closely with the School Health Service at Your Healthcare for the last 7 years and I am Service Lead for Children's Safeguarding.
My interests: My main interest outside work is running. I run regularly and am training for my 7th London Marathon in April. I am also training for the North Down's Way 50 mile race in May.
How I am supporting the school: I am chair of the Behaviour, Safety and Safeguarding Committee. I meet regularly with the schools Senior Leadership Team to discuss open safeguarding cases and any concerns they may have. We work closely to ensure all children have the same oportunity to reach their full potential.
My back ground: After a Combined Honours degree in English and French, I worked as a project manager and consultant in Financial Services, before setting up my own business over ten years ago. I run courses and coach executives on leadership, sales relationships and team development.
I'm an RBK local councillor for Surbiton Hill Ward, where Lime Tree sits.
My interests: I'm a key cyclist and environmentalist, and active in local groups working with the community on matters such as energy conservation, biodiversity preservation and sustainable travel.
How I am supporting the school: I've been working with staff to promote the School Travel Plan aiming to encourage families where possible to walk, scoot or cycle to school. This supports the school's vision and values around health and wellbeing and respect for the environment.
My background: I have a wealth of experience in the Higher Education Sector, specifically quality assurance and enhancement. I started my career as a Students' Union Executive officer after successfully securing posts following a University wide election process. These roles meant that I had specific responsiblity for governance, finance, communication, strategy and academic affairs, whilst being a key stakeholder of the University for consultation and the elicitation of institutional change. Alongside this, I also worked for the sector's designated quality assurance body to ensure that the academic standards and quality of HE institutions in the UK are complaint. I then went on to work for the ombudsman in the HE sector, specialising in the assessment and adjudication of complaints and appeals. I now work at Kingston University as an Assistant Registrar in the Quality Assurance and Enhancement team specialising in monitoring, review and compliance across the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing.

How I am supporting the school: I am one of the Foundation governors for the school providing support to Nursery and Reception for this academic year. I also sit on the Full Governing Body and the Achievement Committee.
My background: I read Law at Kingston University for my Bachelor's degree and went on to study for a Master's degree in International Financial Law at King's College London. I have previously worked in the legal unit at the European Banking Authority and now i am current;y an Investigator at the Serious Fraud Office and also a visiting lecturer at City University of London teaching the EU Banking Law LLM module.
My interests: I'm a keen sports fan and I particularly enjoy watching my football team Charlton Athletic. I have a passion for winter sports and i am currently learning Norwegian (as my partner is Norwegian).
How I am supporting the school: I am a Foundation Governor, having joined the Governing Body in January 2018. My professional experience in investigating white collar crime and my background in financial law make me a useful addition to the Finance and Resources Committee. Additionally, as a local resident to Lime Tree I have interest in the positive relationships the school can build with the local community.
My background: I hold an undergraduate degree in Law, a Masters degree in Human Rights Law, and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Case Business School. I am the Company Secretary for a group of charities who have a youth violence prevention agenda, working internationally.
My interests: Having recently finished studying, I am looking forward to spending more time with my children, and reading for pleasure.
How I am supporting the school: As a Parent Governor at the School, I will be working to bring closer together the Staff, Governors and Parents/Guardians to the benefit of the children at the School.
My background: My professional background is in leading and managing successful apprenticeships, skills and employability programmes with employers, providers and learners. I have been a board member and trustee of other organisations including the housing association, citizens advice, a refugee support organisation and a consultancy business. I am currently also a member of the Mayor of London's Skills for Londoners Task Force. I chair on behalf of the Mayor the Digital Entitlement Task and Finish Group as part of the Task Force. I am also a keen supporter of NGOs in Sri-Lanka and Bangladesh. I have lived in Kingston and Surbiton for nearly ten years.
My interests: My interests are in helping the school to develop and improve the quality of its provision and also bringing new ideas and innovations from other areas of education and industries to help the management and staff with the school development.
How I am supporting the school: I am current;y the Special Education Needs liaison Governor and attend the Achievement Sub-Group and full board meetings.
